Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
Certain complaints have been made by the petitioner against the Village Pradhan, Gram Panchayat Ladhouta, Block and Tehsil Sasni, District Hathras.
It is submitted that there are allegations of grave financial irregularities, yet no action is being taken.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the District Magistrate, Hathras- respondent no.4 may look into the matter and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
