Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The instant petition has been preferred seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Saharanpur to consider and decide Civil Suit No. 616 of 2015 (Ramphal Singh v. Surajbhan) expeditiously and within a stipulated period.
The Court finds no ground to issue any peremptory directions for out of turn disposal of the suit bearing in mind the fact that an order of status quo already operates in favour of the plaintiff- petitioner in those proceedings. The petitioner has also failed to establish that the roster of that court would warrant such a direction being framed.
The petition is dismissed.
