JUDGMENT / ORDER

By order dated 21.12.2009 this Court, on the request of the learned Standing Counsel, has granted two weeks' time to file counter affidavit.
Sri Rakesh Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel submits that he has got instructions in the matter in question and prays a week's time to file counter affidavit.
Sri S.K. Tewari, learned counsel for the petitioner on the other hand, submits that in spite of the report given by the S.D.M. concerned in favour of the petitioner, center for conducting the High-school and Intermediate examination,2010 has not been allotted .
In view of the above said fact, learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted a week's time and no more to file counter affidavit. Two days' time thereafter is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.
List on 8.2.2010 as fresh.
