[1] Learned advocate seeks permission to withdraw preset application with a liberty to file fresh bail application after filing of charge sheet. Permission is granted. Application stands disposed of as withdrawn with above liberty. Rule discharged.

[2] If fresh bail application is preferred by the applicant after filing of charge sheet, in that event, the application will be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law and without influenced by the earlier order passed by Sessions Court as well as order passed by this Court today.
