Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The instant petition has been filed for setting-aside impugned order dated 23.3.2021 passed in Criminal Revision No. 9 of 2021 (Rampal Vs. State of U.P. and Others) and order dated dated 26.2.2019 passed in Case No. 1682 of 2019 (State Vs. Rampal & Others) under Section 420, 406, 504 and 506 I.P.C., P.S.- Kotwali Nagar.
During course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners are ready to pay the amount due against them to respondent nos. 2 & 3/complainants and has ultimately come with the prayer to quash the proceedings of aforesaid cases or refer the matter to the Mediation Centre.
In view of above, the present petition is disposed of finally with an observation that in case the parties enter into compromise/settlement and move an application for quashing of the proceedings of aforesaid cases before the Trial Court, same shall be considered and decided by the Trial Court, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
