Heard applicants' counsel and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the perused.
This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the direction to conclude the Sessions Trial No.271 of 2017 (State Vs. Pintu and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 240 of 2017, under Sections 307, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Baraut, District Baghpat, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court-1, Baghpat within a stipulated period.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the complainant and he has lodged the first information report against the accused persons in which cognizance was taken on 5.8.2017 and the matter was fixed for framing of charges, however, till date no charge has been framed.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the lower court concerned is directed to adopt all stern action for securing attendance of the witnesses and expedite the aforesaid trial and conclude the same at the earliest, strictly in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
With the aforesaid observations, the application is finally disposed of.
