Order on the Anticipatory Bail Application The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rampal Singh Bhati, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.995 of 2008, under Sections- 307 IPC, Police Station- Sector-20 Noida, District- Gautam Buddha Nagar, during pendency of trial.
The applicant has approached this court praying for grant of anticipatory bail with regard to summoning order dated 17.11.2009.The application is highly belated.No relief can be granted to the applicant.
It is, accordingly, dismissed.
