1. Heard, the learned advocate for the parties, perused the order dated 19/03/2012, passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 10044 of 2011 and also perused the order dated 20/12/2012, passed by the learned tribunal below the Payment Application in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 8 of 2004.

Considering the averments made in Para 3 of the order dated 19/03/2012, it is clear that 70% amount was required to be invested in Fixed Deposit and 30% amount was required to be disbursed as per the tribunal s final order dated 30/06/2010. Hence, considering the said aspect, present Civil Application is allowed. The applicants original claimants are entitled to disbursement of 30% of the amount along with interest thereon, awarded by the learned tribunal by order dated 30/06/2010 in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 8 of 2004. This Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. Direct service is permitted.
