Even though lawyers were abstaining from work and learned counsel for the petitioner was not present in the Court, I myself have gone through the record.

The sole prayer of the petitioners is that the Suit bearing No.1406 of 2015, Computerized Case No.T20150531071406, under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 may be decided expeditiously.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Suit bearing No.1406 of 2015, Computerized Case No.T20150531071406, under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, unless there is any legal impediment, be decided within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioners' counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
