1. The applicant has taken out present application seeking below mentioned relief/s:-
"3(A).......
(B) Be pleased to fix the date of final hearing of the aforementioned petition being Special Civil Application No.3716 of 2008 and be pleased to hear the aforementioned petition as early as possible in the aforesaid peculiar facts and circumstances of the case.
(C)......"
2. Vide order dated 12.8.2008 the Court has made process of Rule returnable on 1.9.2008. Thereafter the petition is not heard. In the petition the petitioner seeks benefit of higher pay scale. It is claimed that the petitioner is about to retire in 2013. Therefore present application.
3. In view of the fact that the Court has already made Rule returnable on 1.9.2008 and considering the fact that the petitioner is likely to retire in 2013, office is directed to list the petition in the cause list for final hearing keeping in focus the order dated 12.8.2008 passed in Special Civil Application No.16450 of 2007 and allied matters.
4. With the aforesaid clarification the application is disposed of accordingly.
