Heard learned counsel for the appellants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This appeal is preferred against the impugned judgment and order dated 25.10.2019, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge(Court No.2)/Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Mahoba in Special Case No.45 of 2014 arising out of Case Crime No.232 of 2014, Police Station-Mahobkanth, District-Mahoba(State Vs. Ramnarayan Lodhi and others), convicting and sentencing each of the appellants under section 504 IPC for six months simple imprisonment and a fine of Rs.500/- and under section 3(1)(10) of SC/ST Act for one year rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs.1,000/- and in case of default, fifteen days additional imprisonment was awarded to the appellants.

Summon the lower court record. List in due course.
Order on bail application
It is contended by learned counsel for the appellants that applicants were granted interim bail by the court below on 25.10.2019.
Keeping in view the fact that the appellants have been granted bail by the court below, the appellants has made a fit case for bail.
Let the appellants-Ramnarayan Lodhi, Chhatrapal and Ravindra Kumar be released on bail in Special Case No.45 of 2014 arising out of Case Crime No.232 of 2014, Police Station- Mahobkanth, District-Mahoba on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
On acceptance of bail bonds, the lower court shall transmit photostat copies thereof to this Court for being kept on record of this appeal.
100% of the fine awarded by the Court below under the impugned judgment shall be deposited by the applicants/appellants within a month from their release on bail.
