Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicants in Case Crime No.16 of 2021, under Sections 323, 506, 354Kha, 452, 376, 511, 394 IPC, police station Bahariyabad, District Ghazipur.
In the absence of any special circumstances having been alluded to as mandated in light of the decision of the Full Bench of the Court in Ankit Bharti Vs. State of U.P. [2020 (3) ADJ 575 (FB)], this application shall stand rejected with liberty to the applicants to approach the concerned Sessions Court.
