JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner obtained property in Re.Sy.No.27/3 of Pacchattiru Amsom, Paravanna Desom, by Ext.P1 Settlement deed executed by the father of the petitioner. Ext.P2 is the application for effecting mutation. 2. In view of the execution of the document as above, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to effect mutation based on Ext.P1 in accordance with law.
Needful shall be done within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
