Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the Court below to decide the Case No.5007/IX/ 2016 (New No.2310/2017) (State Vs. Karan and 2 others) arising out of Case Crime No.109 of 2014, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 494 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Mathura within stipulated period.
Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant case, Court below is directed to decide the Case No.5007/IX/ 2016 (New No.2310/2017) (State Vs. Karan and 2 others) arising out of Case Crime No.109 of 2014, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 494 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Mathura in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
Accordingly, the present application is disposed of.
