Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Archana Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 30.05.2021 registered as Case Crime no.44/2021 under Section 60/64 UP Excise Act and 120-B IPC at P.S. Anug, District Fatehpur. Further prayer has been made not to take coercive action against the petitioner in the aforesaid case.
Learned A.G.A. submits that chargesheet has already been submitted in the matter and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
