JUDGMENT / ORDER

Leave to amend.
Heard Mr. Nanavati, learned advocate for the petitioner. He has submitted that the petitioner is inclined to make a representation in view of the constraint of his health. He, for the said purpose, submitted that with appropriate observations, the petition may be disposed of as the petitioner intends to make appropriate representation within period of a week from today.
As and when such representation is made, the Competent Authority will consider the same, as expeditiously as possible, and pass necessary order considering the reasons mentioned in the representation.
With the aforesaid observations and direction, present petition stands disposed of.
