The applicant has approached before this Court praying for expediting the criminal case no. 2827 of 2018 under sections 448, 382, 504, 506 I.P.C.
P.S. Mohammadabad Gohna District Mau pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate , Mau District Mau within the stipulated period.
The argument is that trial is pending since the year 2008 and as yet P.W. 1 has been examined.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order..
