The grievance of the petitioner is that irrigation facility is not being properly provided by the respondent no.4 who is the Tube-well Operator of Tube-well No.29 at Village Fakirpur, District Mainpuri.
It appears that the petitioner has made representation in respect of his cause to the District Collector.
The learned Standing Counsel representing the respondents submits that as the matter relates to irrigation, the third respondent can look into the matter.
In view of the above, we deem it appropriate to dispose off this petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to represent his cause to the third respondent (Executive Engineer, Irrigation Department (Tubewell), Mainpuri). In case any such representation is filed, the third respondent shall look into the matter and take an appropriate decision in accordance with law, preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date of filing a copy of this order in his office.
The petition stands disposed off.
