Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.
The revisionist has approached this Court against the order dated 25.8.2018 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court/Additional Sessions Judge/F.T.C. No.2, Aligarh, in Case No. 236 of 2016, under Section 125 Cr.P.C. directing payment of amount of interim maintenance Rs.5,000/- to opposite party No. 2 and Rs. 4000/- to the opposite party No.3 per month.
It has been submitted that the factum of marriage is not yet proved and the opposite party No.2 is a perfect stranger and revisionist has no relationship with her. The revisionist has been falsely implicated in this case.
Without interfering into the order passed by the court below, this revision is disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
