The applicants Ramkrishan and 3 others, by means of this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., have invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with prayer to quash summoning order dated 29.6.2019 as well as entire proceeding of Complaint Case No. 1114 of 2019, Roopam Vs. Janak Singh and others, under Sections 354, 323, 452, 392, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Shamsabad, district Bareilly, pending in the court of A.C.J.M., Court No. 7, Bareilly.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA. Perused the record.
The matter requires hearing on merit.
Learned AGA has accepted notice on behalf of O.P. No. 1. Issue notice to O.P. No. 2 returnable at an early date.
Steps be taken within a week.
Let counter affidavit be filed within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit be filed within two weeks thereafter.
List in the week commencing 2.3.2020.
Till the next date of listing, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants in the above mentioned case.
