When a suit was decreed in favour of the petitioner, the defendants in the suit filed an appeal. Grievance of the petitioner is that because of the pendency of the appeal the decree is not being executed. Therefore, he prayed that the appeal itself be decided within stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the appeal being Appeal No. 03/2006-2007/C2006020000434 be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
