Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By the instant writ petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
"A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to summon the answer sheet of the petitioner of Hindi subject Code 907, Mathematics, subject code-928 and English, subject code-917 of high school examination year 2020 with roll number 0140630.
B. A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to re-evaluate the answer book of petitioner and award marks to petitioner"
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the third respondent shall consider and decide the claim of the petitioner.
In view thereof, without entering into the merit of the case, the writ petition is being finally disposed of directing that the third respondent, Regional Secretary, Secondary Education Board at Meerut, shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, expeditiously within two months from the date of filing of copy of this order along with copy of the representation.
