At the very outset learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he want to withdraw the application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. on account of some defect in the prayer clause.
Such prayer is allowed.
The application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh.
Certified copy of the order dated 03.05.2018 filed as Annexure 6 to the application be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant.
