The present petition has been filed for direction upon the court concerned to decide the Original Suit no. 218 of 2011 within a stipulated period.
The order sheet of the case does not indicate that even issues have been framed as yet in the suit proceedings. In these circumstances no specific direction need be issued at this stage. It is expected that the court concern shall bring the proceedings to its logical conclusion in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed of.
