On the oral prayer learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer clause of the writ petition.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed the present writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, with the prayer to direct the court below, namely, Civil Judge (Junior Division), Varanasi to decide Original Suit No. 1152 of 1990( Chhedilal Vs. Lalchand) expeditiously.
Today a supplementary affidavit has been filed annexing the entire order sheet, which is taken on record.
It appears from the perusal of the same that the matter is pending consideration before the court below for the last more than three decades.
In the interest of justice, the court below is directed to decide the aforesaid suit in accordance with law most expeditiously but not later than one year from the date of production of self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
