Heard Sri Chetan Chatterjee, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent.
The present writ petition has been preferred with a prayer to direct the third respondent to conclude the mutation proceedings in pursuance of order dated 6.5.2016 the Board of Revenue Lucknow in Revision No. 1/2002-2003/Saharanpur (Kishan Pal Vs. Mohd. Ilias) in accordance with law expeditiously.
The matter was taken up by this Court on 24.8.2018 and the Court has asked learned Standing Counsel to inform as to why orders of the revenue courts were not being implemented.
Today, when the matter is taken up, Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Standing Counsel has placed the instruction dated 15.9.2018 sent by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Saharanpur whereby it has been informed that the mutation proceedings has already been finalised. The said instruction is taken on record.
In the facts and circumstances, no grievance of the petitioner is left out. The writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid instruction.
