JUDGMENT / ORDER

On 01.05.2012 this Court has passed following order:-
"Heard.
In view of the averments made in the application, Misc. Civil Application is allowed in terms of para 6 (b) & (c ) on condition that office objections shall be removed on or before 07.05.2012. Matter to come up on 08.05.2012 after removal of office objections."
In spite of that learned advocate for the appellant has not removed office objections as yet, therefore, the present application stands dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
