1. This petition is preferred challenging the order of the Trial Court in Civil Suit No. 331/2000 dated 10th January 2012 permitting original plaintiff respondent herein to bring on record, certified copy of various documents produced at Exh. 149. It is submitted by learned advocate that earlier similar request was rejected by this Court vide the impugned order below Exh. 152. After the closure of evidence of both the sides, such a request having been rejected earlier not only the same is permitted to be reopened the documents but it would prejudice the right of the present petitioner who had filed Civil Suit No. 4254/2000 against the respondent basing its claim on the very document, the production of which is being objected to.
