Ramjibhai vs Bihola

In view of death of Shri B.S. Brahmbhatt, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent, Registry is directed to issue notice upon the respondent in Civil Application No. 9240/2011 as well as Second Appeal No. 183/2011 informing the respondent that as their advocate has expired, he is required to make alternative arrangement, making it returnable on 09/04/2012.
