BELOW OFFICE NOTE.
It appears from the record that the order dated 4.7.2012 was passed in Civil Application No.7495 of 2012 in Special Civil Application No. 3582 of 2011. The Civil Application is filed with a prayer to bring on record the heirs of deceased-original respondent no.5. However, inadvertently and because of typographical error the order is transcribed in main petition being Special Civil Application No. 3582 of 2011. The aforesaid order passed in main matter is to be construed as having been passed in present Civil Application being Civil Application No. 7495 of 2012.
CA/7495/2012 2/2 ORDER Necessary correction be made by the Registry. Office Note is disposed of accordingly.
