This petition for writ said to be filed in public interest is preferred to have proper enquiry in respect of embezzlement of the fund allotted to Gram Panchayat Shakkarpur, Block Doharighat, District Mau and further to take appropriate action against the Pradhan and other persons.
Having considered facts, we are of the considered opinion that issue involved in this petition for writ is required to be agitated by the petitioner in administrative side before the competent authority. No case is made out to entertain this petition in the Public Interest.
The petition for writ is accordingly dismissed.
