Heard Sri Bijai Prakash Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri J.P. Tripathi, learned A.G.A. and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring fair investigation of case crime no.0502 of 2018, under Sections 498-A, 304-B I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Meja, District Allahabad.
It has been contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the first informant of the abovementioned case. He further submitted that the deceased died within six months of her marriage in her matrimonial home.
From the perusal of the record it reveals that the petitioner is the first informant of the abovementioned case. In case the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the investigation of the abovementioned case, the same may be raised before the S.S.P., Allahabad who shall look into the matter so that fair and expeditious investigation of the abovementioned case may be ensured.
It is further directed that the S.S.P., Allahabad shall supervise the investigation and ensure that the same is completed speedly without any undue delay and police report be submitted before the court concerned expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
With the above directions this petition is finally disposed of.
