The only prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 1380/2014 filed by the petitioners, within a time specified by this Court.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that even issues have not been framed so far.
In such view of the matter, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide the suit expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
