Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned FIR dated 24.3.2021 registered as Case Crime No. 78 of 2021, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. at Police Station Line Bazar, District Jaunpur.
The petitioner has also lodged an FIR against the complainant.
There are cross complaints and it appears that the family members are inter se litigating in the revenue courts.
The respondents may file his reply to this petition in the month of December 2021. Till then they shall try to sort out their disputes.
We are granting the stay on arrest of the petitioners as we prima facie feels that this is a civil dispute/revenue dispute which has been given colour of criminality.
