Present application has been filed with a prayer that the court below be directed to decide Original Suit No. 3 of 2001 (Smt. Ramjasi vs. Sukhpati) within stipulated period.
The suit is of the year 2001.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the court below to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid suit and decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously, by giving short dates and no unnecessary adjournment shall be granted to any of the parties.
With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the present petition is finally disposed of.
