Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Shri Manu Singh, learned counsel for the fourth respondent.
In pith and substance, the petitioner is before this Court with the request to direct the second respondent to decide the stay application of the petitioner in Control Order Appeal as Case no.00006/2019 and Computerized Case no.C201918000000006/29 (Ramjano Begam vs. State of U.P.) within stipulated period.
Learned Standing Counsel very fairly submits that in case any such stay application is still pending, the same shall be considered and decided by the Authority concerned expeditiously.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending. The writ petition, on consent, is disposed of with the direction to the Commissioner, Aligarh Region, Aligarh to decide the aforesaid stay application expeditiously, preferably within a period of three weeks from today but certainly after providing ample opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders in the matter and the appeal in question may also be decided at the earliest.
