Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 6.2.2012 passed by Civil Judge (S.D.), Sonbhadra in Original Suit No. 132 of 2009 (Guru Granth Sahib vs. Ram Janki Mandir) as well as order dated 1.11.2018 passed in Civil Revision No. 1 of 2016 (Ram Janki Mandir vs. Guru Granth Sahib and others).
Admittedly, the petitioner is defendant. In the present case, he is challenging the orders, whereby his application regarding shortfall of the court fees has been rejected. The question was decided against the defendant-petitioner.
The petitioner has no locus to challenge the same. Present petition is accordingly dismissed.
