Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 14.11.2017 passed by the Civil Judge (J.D.) in Original Civil Suit No. 417 of 2017 (Shubhas and others vs. Ramjan).
At the very outset, Sri Shailesh Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
Present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
Office is directed to return certified copy of the impugned order after retaining photocopy of the same.
