Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA.
This is the correction application No. 96098 of 2010, after perusing the record, the order dated 29.3.2010 is hereby corrected by mentioning case No. 83 of 2010 under section 12 of Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act 2005 at the place of case crime No. 646 of 2009 under sections 498A,323 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act in the second line of the second paragraph of the order and by mentioning case No. 83 of 2010 under section 12 of Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act 2005 at the place of case crime No. 646 of 2009 under sections 498A,323 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act in the last one line of the order.
Accordingly, the correction application is allowed.
