ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue an appropriate order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in interfering with petitioner rights over the land in an extent of Acs.4.75 cents in Sy.No.694/1 of Kopparthy Village fields, C.K.Dinne Mandal, Y.S.R.Kadapa District under the guise that the same is taken possession for the development of Industrial Estate without following due process of law as arbitrary, illegal, highhanded, contrary to the settled principles of legal position apart from being violative fundamental and Constitutional rights guaranteed to petitioner under Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently, to direct the respondents not to interfere with petitioner rights over the land an extant of Ac.s4.75 cents in Sy.No.694/1 of Kopparthy Village fields, C.K.Dinne Mandal, Y.S.R. Kadapa District without following due process of law.”
After arguing the case, Sri V.R.Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to first issue a legal notice to the respondents and then approach the competent forum for appropriate relief in the event, the respondents do not act to the satisfaction of the petitioner.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.32646 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
