By way of present application, the applicants have inter alia prayed for withdrawal of an amount of Rs.2 lacs from the Fixed Deposits lying with Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Palanpur to enable her to meet with the marriage expenses of her two major children i.e. applicant Nos.2 and 4.
Heard.
Having considered the contentions raised by the learned advocates for the respective parties, averments made in the application and the documentary evidence produced on record, the applicants are permitted to encash Fixed Deposit Receipt in the name of applicant No.2-Hasmukhbhai Fulchandbhai and the Fixed Deposit Receipt in the name of applicant No.4-Jayshriben Fulchandbhai, only for the purpose of marriage respectively. It is, however, clarified that now in future neither the Fixed Deposit Receipts will be allowed to be encashed nor the applicants will be allowed to withdraw the amount in any circumstances. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
