Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not issue to the respondent no. 2.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 1, Aligarh to decide the Marriage Petition No. 650 of 2018 (Ramil Pandit vs. Smt. Ishu Kaushik), expeditiously.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 1, Aligarh to consider and decide the aforesaid petition in accordance with law most expeditiously but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
