From the records, we find that the Commissioner on 8th December 2016 had called upon the Sub-Divisional Magistrate Sagri, Azamgarh for taking appropriate action in relation to the utilization of Plot No. 257 of a Village Khankah Bahrampur town area Jiyanpur Tehsil Sagri District Azamgarh which is recorded as a Khalihan (common threasuring floor for the village). Learned counsel submits that in spite of all this no action is being taken.
We direct the respondent no.4 Sub-Divisional Magistrate Sagri, District Azamgarh to conduct an enquiry into the matter, and after putting the Gaon Sabha concerned the notice as well as any other aggrieved person who may be in occupation or otherwise of the said land, proceed to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
