ORDER:
This petition is filed to quash First Information Report in Crime No.107/2012 of Musheerabad Police Station, Hyderabad.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that police, after investigation, referred the case as lack of evidence as per report and the same is filed before XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.
4. Since investigation is completed and police referred the case as lack of evidence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
