The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to trial court to decide the temporary injunction application bearing no. 7C2 in Original Suit No. 176 of 2019 (Ramgopal Agrawal Vs. Ashok Kumar), within stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the plaintiff-petitioner admits that defendant has not been served so far. The trial court, by order dated 20.08.2019, declined to grant ex-parte injunction. It invited objection from the defendant against the application for temporary injunction and fixed 31.08.2019.
Having regard to the above facts, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to ensure speedy disposal of the application for temporary injunction, soon after the defendant is duly served.
