Pursuant to our order dated 04.01.2019, a short counter affidavit has been filed today by the Sub-Inspector, P.S. Chakeri, District Kanpur Nagar. In paragraph 5 of the counter affidavit it is stated that, after investigation, the police has submitted Final Report No.391 of 2018 dated 05.09.2018.
In view of the above, in case the petitioner has any grievance against the final report, he may submit protest petition before the magistrate concerned. In case the final report has not been put up before the court, the Investigating Officer shall ensure that the same be put up before the Court within two months from today.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the petition is
disposed off.
