Petitioner is permitted to implead Assistant Development Officer (Sahkarita), Block- Uruwa, Prayagraj as respondent in the writ petition.

Sri Satyam Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.3 has obtained instructions according to which the amounts of provident fund, insurance and security, which were due and payable, have been disbursed to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that interest in terms of the scheme has not been provided to the petitioner.
It appears that substantial claim of the petitioner has already been redressed.
In that view of the matter this petition stands disposed of with the observation that respondent no.2 shall examine petitioner's claim for payment of interest in terms of the scheme and the amount found due and payable shall be disbursed to petitioner within a period of four months.
