Heard learned counsel for the appellants and the learned A.G.A. and perused the lower court record.
The appellants have been convicted and sentenced in S.T.No. 508/1998 under sections 323/34 and 325/34 IPC.

The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the appellants are on interim bail.
Keeping in view the entire facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of the learned counsel for the appellants and the learned AGA, the appellants Rameshwar Patel, Jagdish and Shankar Lal are bailed out during the pendency of the appeal, in Sessions Trial no.508 of 1998,(Crime no. 92/1996) under sections 323/34 and 325/34 IPC, Police Station Kunda, District Pratapgarh, on their each furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
On acceptance of bail bonds and personal bonds, the lower court shall transmit photo state copies thereof to this Court for being kept on the record of this appeal.
