This petition for writ levelled as public interest litigation has been filed to have a direction for respondent no.2 to make an inquiry against village Pradhan pertaining to alleged irregularities in executing MNREGA scheme.
On going through the petition for writ, we do not find sufficient material to adjudicate the issue though certain vague and bald allegations are made.
In view of it, we are not inclined to entertain this petition for writ. The same is dismissed.
The petitioners however, are at liberty to agitate their cause before the competent authority of the State Government.
