When an order was passed in proceedings under section 34 of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 in Case No.T-201605440106050 (Raj Kumari Vs. Kamlawati), the petitioner filed a Recall Application on 12.12.2017. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Recall Application is not being decided and, therefore, prays that the same may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Recall Application dated 12.12.2017 filed by the petitioner in Case No.T- 201605440106050 (Raj Kumari Vs. Kamlawati) be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
